Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Some text and titles on the website are underlined which makes the content appear as hyperlinks, this fails WCAG 2.2 success criteria 1.4.1 'use of colour' and 2.4.6 'headings and labels'. We plan to remove and replace all underlined content that aren't links on the website by the end of September 2027.

Buttons containing text, and text contained within the footer of the website do not meet the minimum contrast requirements. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criteria 1.4.3 'contrast (minimum) (AA)' and 1.4.11 'non-text contrast (AA)'. To address this issue, we will find appropriate colours to meet the accessibility standard for the website and implement them by September 2027.

The border colour when selecting components is white and therefore it is often unclear for users tabbing through content where they are located on the page. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criteria 2.1.2 'no keyboard trap' and 2.4.7 'focus visible (AA)'. We will fix this issue by September 2027.

Users are unable to stop automatically scrolling content which appears in our testimonial banner component. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criteria 2.2.2 'pause, stop, hide (A)'. We will reduce the amount of quotes in these components to a single quote by September 2027.

The purpose of all links isn't clear in isolation, for example the outdated term 'click here' is used occasionally on the website. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criteria 2.4.4 'link purpose (in context) (A)'. We will replace this content by September 2027.
Disproportionate burden
We do not categorise any accessibility issues on this website as a disproportionate burden to fix within the meaning of the regulations. We'll make another assessment when carrying out our next accessibility audit.

PDFs and other documents
The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services.
Live video
We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.
